Catching up . . .

In case you were wondering about my lack of posts lately its cause I don't have any pictures to go along with them. I like to read things with pictures, it's more fun that way! Anyway, we had a great 4th of July. Scotty was in town with his family so we went to the Kaysville Parade and the Bee's game and watched the fireworks after the game. It was lots of fun. Then on the 5th we had a Sowell Family BBQ in my backyard. Dad and Joni were up from Mesquite (Thanks again for all your help setting up!!!) so most of the family was there. We were missing the CA branch of the Sowell's (Todd and Liz's fam, but Tara represented) and the NY branch (Ryan and Des) but it was still great to have most of the family there. We really do not get together often enough. We used to have a family dinner once a month. Well, get ready Utah Sowell's cause I'm starting up the tradition again! Maybe not every single month, but at least once per quarter. I did get a few pics of that day, so they are posted below. I especially love the one of my dad and grandpa. Once Scott gets me the pics he took I will post more . . . lucky you, ha ha!
